Leadership Coaching

Our company provides one-on-one individual coaching for principals on a quarterly, monthly, or bimonthly schedule. We provide both onsite or virtual coaching support.  The full or half day sessions are designed based on what the individual principal or district requests.

Program Review

A program review includes review of data sources, onsite observations, focus groups, and informal data collection.  Once data is gathered and triangulated, a report will be written based on the Guiding Principles for Dual Language Education (from the Center for Applied Linguistics) that highlights program accomplishments and strengths and opportunities for growth and development.  A menu of suggestions will be included in the report.

Curriculum Development and Facilitation

Facilitation of unit development with teams of teachers and leaders; 1-2 days per unit of study.

A curriculum audit can also be done to determine alignment with standards, across languages and consistency in implementation of best practices.

Program Action Planning

Sessions facilitate program development and improvement so schools can integrate dual language improvement efforts into their school improvement plans or district strategic plan.  Plans will be developed based on a needs assessment (including various data sources such as academic performance, student, parent and teacher input, attendance, discipline, etc.), actionable goals for the next 3-5 years, and an accountability plan.
