Want to strengthen your dual language curriculum? Participants will engage in a three day session to build a dual language unit of study appropriate for the elementary classroom. A backwards design model.guides our alignment of standards, integration of content with language objectives and meaningful activities that build comprehensibility. The course is designed for a team of 2-5 teachers to work collaboratively. The sessions will be half day virtual sessions followed by curriculum assignments for work teams. The end result will be a unit of study appropriate for dual language learners at the elementary level. Select series 1 and/or series 2.
